Researcher to examine exercise's effects on Latina breast cancer survivors' healthLatina breast cancer survivors are twice as likely to experience complications from the disease, so a USC researcher is launching a new study of these survivors. The yearlong exercise study hopes to deal with some of the secondary conditions, including insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome. |
